Your inspector will arrive on time wearing aa branded uniform and branded identification, so you'll know exactly who to expect.
Your inspection typically takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. We encourage you to attend so you can ask questions and see important findings firsthand. Make sure all areas of the home are accessible, including the attic, crawl space, electrical panel, furnace, and water heater, so we can perform the most thorough inspection possible.
